LOW CARB BREAD
RECIPE FOR BREAD MAKERS :
Pour
warm water in the bottom of Breadmaker 3/4
cup distilled or pure water
1 tablespoon
olive oil or real butter melted
2
eggs slightly beaten
1 cup vital
wheat gluten (buy at health food
stores)
1 cup
soy flour
1/2 cup
oat flour or ground up oats
1 cup
Almond Flour
1/2 cup
Flax Meal
1 tablespoon
Flaxseeds ground up
1 teaspoon
lime or lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon
sea salt
1/4 teaspoon
dill spice
1/4 teaspoon
caraway seeds
(adittional:
ground up white beans ( 1 tablespoon, or you can soften them
in water overnight and mush them up, White beans are supposed
to reduce carbohydrate intake.)
4 packets of splenda or 1 teaspoon of
brown sugar
1 packet of rapid rise yeast on the
very top of the ingredients that you poured into
breakmaker.
Put setting on White Bread, and only do one kneeding
cycle. If your machine does two, be sure to pull the dough out
before the 2nd cycle begins. Close lid and let the cycle go
without the dough. It will never know the difference!
Place dough in
a warm place and cover. Watch the machine and when the 2nd
cycle stops, open lid and replace the dough and close lid,
quick as possible. Allow machine to continue with rising and
baking cycles.
Or you can bake the dough in a conventional oven at 325
for 20-40 minutes, check it periodically.
Slice bread right away as it is easier. I use an
electric knife and cutting pattern slices board which you can
buy at culinary stores.
DO NOT LET DOUGH Sit more than 4 hours due to raw eggs.
Do not opperate machine on Delay timer cycle due to raw
eggs.
Enjoy a firm load of good flexible texure. Not soggy or
stiff.
