To Whom It May
Concern:
It has been the
experience of this writer, that Shelli Baker is a well trained
and experienced professional artist. It is my opinion that her
artist skills are highly developed and during the four years
that I have known her, she has demonstrated a wide range of
matured talents including, not only the visual Arts, but also
the musical arts as well as being an effective communicator in
the pulpit and the market place. Shelli has the reputation of
being able to relate to people at all levels of society
and I have been impressed with her travels and activities
within the United States as well as in the world. In short, it
is the opinion of this writer, that Shelli Baker is an
intelligent, articulate well traveled talented artist who
displays a great deal of sensitivity to others
needs.

Ordained for the evangelistic ministry
in 1987 and works vigorously in world wide

a night dream of a visit to hell in 1972 Shelli was saved and
consumed with a vision for souls. She has preached in her own
revivals and in joint functions in the following countries
numerous times, also ministering with art in illustrated
sermons and with music. The USA, Peru, Guatemala, Jamaica

For Jesus Rally on the Washington Mall. Shelli produces a
TV show in Boston: What's Happening In New
England and various historical documentaries with co authors:
Peter Marshall Jr and David Manuel and others.
Testimony: In 1987, working for two
of NASA's top retired space scientist in a private
communication business, Shelli suddenly found herself without
a job after the Challenger's explosion had necessitated their
return to NASA.
God dramatically rerouted her attentions
to full time ministry with this unction: I have sent you
to foreign soil and will yet send you again, but now I send
you to America as a missionary to your own land. America is in
trouble and I will yet send her one more great Revival from
Sea to Shining sea. I will give you a vision to place a hook
in her jaw and draw her into the bowels of revival."
On the 4th of July in 1987 God
fulfilled his word to her, pouring out an awesome vision of
the nation's flag, THE TRAVAIL OF THE
FLAG featuring world history painted over it in
terms of the precious shed blood and glory of Christ. Eight
days later Shelli began painting this 12 ft by 4 ft mural on
six canvas panels and has used it as a preaching tool around
the world and in 48 states and eight public school meetings,
state houses of congress, in the tents of Gulf War soldiers,
and the Pentagon.
The painting, along with other portraits and
biblical murals, now hangs in the exhibit of the Sacred Arts
Museum in Eureka Springs Arkansas at the great Passion
Play.
